The Office of the Prime Minister is filled by Royal Warrant from the Throne. The current Prime Minister, the Right Honorable Lord Nicholas Marinovich, has served His Majesty since 2004. The Prime Minister heads His Majesty's Privy Council and is the crucial connecting link between the Throne, the Government Ministries, and the People's Council. |

The Right Honorable Lord Nickolas Gandy Marinovich, G.C.O.D.S. was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on 08 October 1982 the first child of Linda Gandy and James Marinovich. Lord Nickolas has been a citizen since 2002, was elevated to the Nobility in 2005 and has worked hand-in-hand with the Throne to advance the purpose and progress of Bahoudii ever since.
