Push the shifter into first, give it a little gas, and let out the clutch...

The acceleration of the F-5 nails you to the seat and keeps you there until you back off the throttle. One jerk on the shifter and you're in second sending the F-5 well past 50 mph.

Initial sketches of the Bahoudii Motor Company's (BMC) new concept car dubbed the F-5 have been released. (The graphics have been upgraded from the initial pencil sketches.)

Designed to appeal to sports car enthusiasts, it will come equipped with cutting edge technology including integral computer control, biometrics, and keyless operation.

Built around a steel and aircraft aluminum frame with a composite body, the F-5 has room for two (2) passengers and enough luggage space to hold the two weekender bags provided that match the vehicles design.

With a center of gravity located low and close to the front wheels the F-5 provide an unprecidented margin of safety against roll-over. As a trade-off to the roll-over protection, the F-5 has a tendency to understeer, which gives it the handling characteristics of the typical sedan pushed to it's limits.

Another benefit ganed by moving the center of gravity forward is that the F-5 stubbornly resists spinning. If the brakes are locked up at 50 mph, the F-5 travels in an almost straight line until it comes to a stop. Add anti-lock brakes to this and the F-5 has incredible emergency stopping characteristics.

What's more, due to the fact that the F-5 has only three wheels it's considered a motorcycle in many jurisdictions and is required only to meet the legal and safety requirements of a motorcycle. Obviously, the F-5 far exceeds these requirements with it's fully enclosed cockpit, foam-filled bumper, multiple head and tail-lights, and integral roll bar and side intrusion protection.
